All text, original athlete essays, photography, illustrations, sound recordings, site design, and code on www.thepitchview.com are the exclusive property of The Pitch View, its contributing athletes, or its licensors:

Restrictions: You may not systematically copy, scrape, re-publish, frame, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from our articles without explicit prior written authorization from our editorial team. Short quotes for reviews or news commentary are permitted under standard fair dealing doctrines, provided full, direct credit and a hyperlink to the original article on www.thepitchview.com are included.

Personal Use: You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access, view, and read content for non-commercial personal use.

3. Contributor and User Submissions

• Any athlete, agent, or sports professional submitting material to editorial@thepitchview.com warrants that the content is original, truthful, non-defamatory, and does not breach non-disclosure covenants, third-party intellectual property, or club contracts.
• By submitting draft essays or creative assets, contributors grant The Pitch View an exclusive license to edit, format, translate, publish, and archive the work as outlined in their individual contributor release agreement.

4. Code of Conduct

• Circumvent security protocols or introduce malware, worms, or malicious scripts.
